When a young adult leaves home—for college, trade school, a growth year, or their own apartment—it stirs more than an empty room.
It reshapes your rhythms.
It awakens new questions.
It invites you to see yourself—and your child—in a new way.
This fall, we’re starting Emptying the Nest—a small, year-long circle for parents in this season of release, reflection, and redefinition. Over nine monthly lunchtime gatherings, we’ll explore both the practical (holidays, homecomings, shifting roles) and the deeper “what’s next” for you and your family.
